I'd like to ask a serious question to the mods and staff and everyone else who runs this website. Will monster fish ever go to bat for its members will they stand beside us and help deliver the message that enough is enough? Or is there money to lose? HarleyK HarleyK SandNukka15 SandNukka15 jp80911 jp80911 ? Not trying to be trouble but just curious how you guys feel. After all you see and hear everything. Thanks guys

Huhnh?....you might have missed it but I pointed out in my post that the onus was on YOU to make sure you would be satisfied before you made your purchase when you saw the vendor's photos and the condition that the fish was in......you saw the fish,it wasnt sight unseen, and you placed your order.....you were sent exactly what was shown so what does the mods have to do with that?

Do you think we should accept vendors who sell ailed fish? I think the WYSIWYG is way less effective in fresh than salt.

If a vendor is lying or trying to deceive customers then yes....I don't see where that happened here.
What is WYSIWYG?

Just a question and just so you know the fish in the picture they posted is not the fish I received.

If that is true then it was wrong of them to send you an an ailing fish but it sure looks like the exact same fish that is pictured in post number 38.....tail wound and all.

And honestly I was just curious if they had ever had to like kick out a vendor or something. Not that it is going to happen just wondering what the process or justification had to be. By the way Richardson I love your photo with your name. Give me a little chuckle as I imagine I'm talking to him.

I think it was just a stock photo they had laying around because there are many things that don't match up. Could be wrong just my opinion.

I feel that any vendor who ships fish without a proper quarentine should be subjected to the same rules. If it dies you replace it, but these retailers absoultelty know the difference between the species they quarentine for weeks vs the ones they ship off the bat. They realize the risk they take and sort of adapt I guess. I think you can attribute 0 percent of these issues to the OP. What you see is what you get, a term used more for SW than fresh. I feel that accepting bad vendors will hurt those who are legit, and hurts our credibility as a hobby forum.
