Dear fish keepers,

I have attached three images of two filters I have that need parts. One is a Secondnature Whisper Power Filter 5, from this one I need the motor (energizer) and the impeller. The other one I dont know the brand but one picture is of the motor wich has the details of the model, from this one I need the impeller. So the question is does anyone can recommend a website that ships this parts? And does anyone knows the model of the black filter?
Many thanks for any help on this.

Oahu, Hi.
Second one is a marineland penguin. It uses the same impeller as the new models. Just get the penguin 350 impeller at your lfs. The first one is pretty much trash. It's missing too much important parts. It isn't worth searching for replacements.

Thanks very much for your reply!!!
I will search for the penguin 350 impeller since I have two of those which have the same piece missing. For the other one I was hoping to find something since it is a big filter, so is it really not worth it?

Take care

Yeah it really isn't worth it for the tetra hob. It's really outdated. I'm not sure if the new model could support the old model. Plus a new one is going for $23.99 on Amazon. I'm sure replacing the motor and the impeller will cost probably more than just buying a new one.
FYI the price of a new penguin 350 is only $34.99 on Amazon. The price of the impeller itself is already $16.58 on Amazon. I hope the motors still run on your old models. They should though. The old models last longer than the new ones.

P.S. If you do get the marineland penguin's up and running. Get these to save money on filter cartridges and pack them with whatever you want. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0009...QL65&keywords=marineland+350+refillable+media
