Arowana swims at the bottom part of aquarium

Can you provide additional information? Water parameters? Ammonia? Nitrite? Nitrate? What size of tank? How long has it been set up? What have you been trying to feed it?
This will help to get a better idea of what's happening. From the picture posted something is likely off with the water. The goldfish the aro is with are holding their dorsal fins clamped towards the body which is not a good sign.

More importantly, what's the temperature??? I have to ask cuz you have an Aro with GOLDFISH
I'm new in aquarium keeping. I will buy thermometer and vacuum later. My tank is not much big, it is like 20Galoon only but the fish shop told me it is fine for 2-3months then I will upgrade to bigger one.

Those goldfish are gonna make keeping his water ammonia free complicated. Dirty carp. I would say the above are right is likely a temp issue but those 3 in a 20 gallon that is likely not cycled will not end well.

I just bought a water heater and put it on 29 just for today to kill bacteria and put it to 26 tomorrow onwards. that's what the petshop owner told me. this time I went to other fish shop since the fish shop where I bought it cannot provide me proper help with my Aro.
