Everything is top notch

And that P. Corruscans was quite a surprise
Its actually not a corruscans.. its a l. Marmoratus X tsn hybrid.. had it for 3 years now, about 20" and no notable growth.. that not saying its full grown but a very good alternative for those with big but not huge tanks.. it took the best traits of both sp's..

Thank you man!

ya ya the fish and tank are cool and all...but what I'm most interested in is the picture of a cat in a Vietnam-era k-pot, sunglasses and a dres shirt and tie.
Its part of something called "hidden moves".. i would assume after looking it up on google its some artsy symbolism gone mainstream sort of deal..

Girlfriend is all artsy and brought it home, accompanied by a what i have to assume is a decapitated (and therefore?) angry tiger wearing a 80s fighter helmet with a red star..

So no thought involved on my part.. i'm just happy i dont have to suffer through those carved out ikea letters spelling "carpe diem" or "home sweet home" in a sorry attempt to convince visitors your'e still having sex..

That tank is sick, always has been. From the stock to the dimensions to the plants.

It's definitely not like the old days that's for sure. Still IMHO it is picking up. Only problem is again IMHO that the traffic, threads and responses are being centralized in very few of MFK's sections. Such as CA/SA Cichlids and General just to name some. Just means we old school dogs gotta stick together. ;)

Yeah absolutely man.. i fully understand how facebook is the preferred forum for those growing up with it but information is so fragile on there.. next to impossible to dig up old topics and the "like" has outmanuevered conversations..

Wow.. see you are moving up in the world! A mod these days! Well deserved! Thank you for the kind words man!

I guess it's because I'm old school, I personally don't see what the rage is all about with FB. My best guess is it's so generalized that everyone can be attracted and feel like they belong while also catering to specific interests with dedicated pages and offering a way to increase ones network. Makes it good as an all in one-stop, decent for conversing but as you said really poor at being any real source of information. IMHO unfortunately that's it's biggest downfall. The site lacks any real substance. Though I will admit it has served me well by helping me connect with some real knowledgeable people such as Wayne Leibel nd Vin Kutty to name a few.

Eh-Hem....not just a Mod but a Global Mod. lol Seriously though thanks, it's much appreciated. As for the kind words, it's my pleasure; your set up really is killer. I keep wondering if I could try such set up. It definitely has it's benefits over standard dimensions.
