As per subject I would like to know about my parrot fish...why it's fading color ?? Few days ago tank was caught in ICK but I got early signs of that and cured very fast with salt, water changes n temperature...but now the question is my parrot is fading without any reasons !! Can some one help me out please please please !!!

I'm assuming your talking about the blood parrot and not a true parrot cichlid. That being said BP have tons of RD/Midas genes in them so peeling is part of their life. Its normal for it to peel. Sometimes they get very dark but thats due to stress. post pictures of before and after.

I had a batch of maybe 100 midas I ended up growing out. All of them peel eventually. My 8" female is peeling again from all orange to blotches of white. At first I thought she was sick but ate normal acted normal but looked pale and sick. Ended up just peeling and continuing to peel.

This is the after fading picture as before it was dark as top color as I don't have any picture before fading....but as I observed it's making some cave in gravels so is it a possiblity about
