This is my biggest fish so far. Caught with a crane telescopic 150cm 5-20G rod. The fish was 1.25kg. I thought the rod was gonna break the line is gonna break but it didnt. Caugt a mangrove jack. And caught a catfish also no idea what type

Looks like a Channel catfish, but if it was in Saltwater it could also have been a Hardhead or Gaftopsail cat (unlikely the latter), but Channel cats DO frequent brackish water, sometimes full salt for a bit.
Where did you catch them? I never heard of a Mangrove Jack, but I know a Mangrove Snapper
I caught them from a river close to the sea. And thats the same fish mangrove snapper/ mangrove jack same thing

most likely a Hardhead cat. I think they are the most common Sea Catfish , worldwide compared to the other species' distribution. I doubt the island of Sri Lanka has our native Channels lolol
Caught? I've been doing this all wrong.... I thought the worm on a hook was just to feed them... Haha that's all I've ever done.
