Not good to have lights on 24/7

Why run the lights 24/7? I found a lot of success running my lights on a dim setting from 8am - 5pm. Then a stronger light kicks on for my plants for about 6hrs. Then nighty night for the fishes.

I agree, cost @ $60 per piece -- 4 inch.
