I've had alligator when I went to NC a few years back. Was pretty good!!

Nope. Louisiana Seafood And Steakhouse down the street from my house. What does gator taste like..chicken? The meat is pretty white...

Shrimp is right up there too!

I could eat shrimp all day..and king crab!!

I could eat shrimp all day..and king crab!!

The meat to me tastes like a mixture of chicken and catfish,it is very light in texture nad very tender.
I can eat king crab and shrimp all day too.There is a seafood takeout place near me and I am due for one of their combos.
