Have you tried the corrugated pipe? Is it smooth on the inside?

yep bought them, they are pretty heavy duty as well, but they are also lighter and way better then the clear silicone tubing you can buy at homedepot. they fit the ribbed nozzle perfectly, the best part is that they don't kink.

Awww cmon guys. Lets see some sick filtration and setup shots.

Here is my home made sump. Three stage mechanical filtration followed by wet/dry with 300 bio-balls. Heater is in-line. I also supplement with Aquatop hang-on-back with UV This sump services a 75 gallon tank
