New cbb Cuvier's dwarf caiman

After years of wanting one I finally got my dwarf caiman today. My heart was set on a cbb from NERD and they had a great deal(in my opinion) on black Friday so I went for it. Took a few pics after unboxing and am letting him settle in now..
Before anyone goes crazy..I'm fully aware of their adult size and feeding/caging requirements and have the ability and space to properly house him as he grows. He's very small atm and his current setup is a 20gal long aquarium for now..we are moving within the next month so it isn't elaborate but it's good for now..

its beautiful, I always wanted one but I only ever kept Spectacled and American Alligator.

I wouldn't worry about it getting to 5'.......large males can hit hit 4.5', but if it's a female it will probably top-out around 3.5'

He's beautiful! I had one for awhile. I take in unwanted reptiles to foster them until I find them a home. I really enjoyed that guy. They're great animals.

I'm very lucky that my husband is very understanding/tolerant of my love of reptiles/animals even though he says he doesn't get it at all.. I literally think we'd get divorced if he said I could no longer have them lol
