I bought my African lungfish from a pets tore I worked at, he was so small compared to him now. I got him at 7 inches, and he has doubled I size and weight!

Currently he is in a 29 gallon breeder (36 * 12 * 12), I know it's way too small for him. So I went and bought 90 gallon setup, for a great price I must add.

So far a problem came up with where to put it. I'm hesitant to keep such a heavy tank upstairs because of the weight, suggestions are welcome on this topic ...

Is this going to be setup in your home if so is it the first floor?
We decided to put it on the main floor on a marble countertop we have but don't use for anything other than decorations. We had someone come and reinforce it (1.5 gal Betta tank for scale, ate all my bananas).

Next step is to clean out the filter, it was used for a brackIshmael water tank. I cleaned the actual filter with hot water and vinegar and it worked great to get the scum out. Going to get new tubing

Are you absolutely positive that table will hold the 90 filled with water plus the substrate? I'm asking because I would hate to hear something happened to the aquarium or your home.

The photo doesnt show what's under the table. There are steel beams to hold up the counter top, then we added extra support for the weight of the tank with water. Even thought I was reassured by the guy who put them there, I'm a bit nervous, but I'll see when I fill it up tomorrow.
