New garnet sand, sorry for the cloudy water, it came form the gravel when i took it out.
Why are you changing substrate? your new light is bright.do the polys seem to mind?
Cause i hate gravel, its hard to vacuum every time i do wc, dirt gets in between the gravel, if i could only find a red sand or garnet sand before i got the gravel. Plus polys can choke on gravel when they eating.
My polys dont really care about the light, lolz
Its not what im expecting, its sand is kinda light, maybe cause of the light too.
The lighting is affecting it also, look at the sand in your last pic, you can see multi colors on the sand.
I think it looks good. Has the water cleared ? Thst may affect the apearence too
