My fish shows in his venting area a lip that come out or is noticeable does that mean it's female ? Or maybe just over fed and ventral coming out

This is quite a tricky one but I think you have a very attractive female.
On some of the pictures you can see her ovipositor. To my eyes it looks blunt and feminine, a males organ would be a lot sharper.
It also appears that the first few rays on the dorsal fin may be turning white.(unless that's just how it appears on my screen) This is a trait I have only ever seen in females.

How big is he/she now? To me it looks like a very well fed male. I swear everyone else gets lucky with males. Haha

If you zoom in on those pictures you can just make out a blunt ovipositor.
A males organ would be very sharp and pointed.

You are right. I didn't zoom in before because I didn't see anything around the vent area. I looked back to see what you were talking about and it's blurry, but definitely there. Lol
