We've discovered the Instant Pot pressure cooker last November, and will probably never use the slow cooker again.

Low and slow-smoked a hand-rubbed boston butt.
Afterward, we enjoyed some pulled pork sandwiches topped with my wife's signature buttermilk cole-slaw.
