Nice. I've used water lettuce on my dwarf snakehead tanks in the past for nitrate reduction and top cover / light reduction. Should work a feat in poly tanks as well. Ive got a bit still growing in my planted 75g, but need to keep giving it away, as having the aerial advantage it can outcompete my submerged plants both for nutrient and light.
At one time it took over the whole surface and the trailing roots provided cover for rosy barb fry. Pretty soon i was overpopulated with rosy barbs and plants, and underpopulated with the dwarf snakes. Lol.

Thats kind of whats bugging me its working well in the smaller tank but didnt do much on the poly tank
