Sexing a Flowerhorn

Could someone tell me what sex my FH is and what species of FH it is?

My guess is Kamfa/ZZ cross of some sort, maybe some Red Dragon in there as well. It's hard to tell exactly. Someone else with a bit more knowledge may be able to shed some more light than I can.

I have females with no dorsal marks. So it's somewhat right but not always lol. I have hard time telling sometimes until I try pairings lol.
