TL = including tail fin, SL= nose to base of tail fin.
I would find a new home for the arowana now while it is small. They need much much larger tanks than 110, and it's harder to re-home them once they are giant.

If it is harder to rehome when thy are giant why should i sell it on to someone when theyre probably going to buy it and sell it on if it is that much of a problem they should not be a available. Nose to tip of tail fin. Thanks for all of your advice

Thanks for all of your replies. I understand the tank may become crowded.
The aro, if it's properly fed, will grow 2 inches per month for many more months. Imo, it really needs to be out of that tank into a bigger one within a few months. Crowded conditions are the fore runner of disease outbreaks, random violence, etc.

You could get away with 1 Oscar,1 pleco, and like half the silver dollors. Just stay up on the water changes and keep both canisters in good working order.

There are people out there that actually research fish before cramming them into tiny tanks. There are also people with huge aquariums that can house them properly.
You can't blame the people selling the fish for your current situation.
You can only blame yourself for not doing any research.

I agree, they shouldn't be as readily available as they are. The pet store industry is a business, and many stores care more about the bottom line than they do about the individual fish. People see a pretty looking fish and grab it up without bothering to inform themselves about how to care for it, and Arowanas have a huge profit margin because they are cheap from distributors, yet can be marked up quite high and still sell.

Buy a large kiddie paddling pool like 3+400g and run you twin fx6 on it until you get a monster tank, split all the fish as others said.
If you don't In 6 months The aro will get drop eye and the oscar hole in the head disease. Then it's only you making these fish suffer, you asked for advice, 1000's of people will read this thread all over the world. The least you can do is follow the advice of people with more experience, that's why you asked after all.

Look, these silvers are as long as your tank almost, they live for 60+ years constantly growing, within 2 years they should be 2.5ft easily if well cared for.
