I have never seen them in the shops, not in any around the West Midlands, but you can generally see them on importers lists.

Lee, sorry to de rail but what happened with Ross at oddballs,is he setting up again?
Hey Lee are heterospila and breidohri sympatric species? I believe they both hail from the Grijalva river system. If so, any other insight on creating a biotope environment for these two species?
No they are not syntopic species. You can find Vieja bifasciata and V. melanura var. (synspila) living sympatrically. Two good biotopes to create around O. heterospila is the Candelaria River or Noh Lagoon in Campeche. Both have a nice selection of cichlids to choose from.
Ross closed down OBE for good, I haven't spoke to him for a couple of years. Imports are generally through Rob @ Lincs fish now.
