Flowerhorn scales popped help !!!!!!!!

As you can see in picture the scales of flower horn are popped it recently had white spot desease and still under medication suddenly now this ?. What is the red colour and scales in that region have popped help ?

Do you have anything int he tank the flowerhorn could of ran in to? When fish have ich they will rub against things which can led to hurting themselves.
