My flowerhorn has one fin healthy the other fin has some sort of red sore I guess on the Finn any ideas to what it may be and y

I think so I had put a new fish in the tank it hid under a rock she couldn't get in and forced her way in i think that' were it came from cause it's only on one side

Any injury can open up the skin/flesh for bacteria to get in. Keep the water pristine and triple sulfa should help.

Would move to a qt tank as it’s easier to dose and won’t kill your B.B.

Me personally i would just up my WC to about 25% a day and maybe dose with salt i try to stay away from meds especially for scrapes and scratches stresses fish to much to move or add meds to a tank for some scrapes
