If this is the one I'm thinking of,This is a rather old story, the bears weren't killed, lady had a broken leg and some punctures.
Yeah it is from 09 apparently.I saw it on ig where someone posted it as if it was hot off the presses!

..and while they are not exclusive to Pennsylvania I have come across some pretty big ones around my yard.

I've come across fishing spiders of around 6 in diameter, and then of course we have tarantulas here in az
Every now and then I'll notice a tiny jumping spider patrolling about.I always like watching them because they remind me of tiny tarantulas.

Love jumpers, I sometimes try to feed them, back in missouri I used to throw grasshoppers in a orb weaver spider web
