If you want bigger fish maybe:
Permit
Snook
Barramundi
Tarpon
Tilapia (large )
Alligator gar
Weakfish
Black drum
Maybe a hound fish
Redfish
Jack crevalle
Lionfish
Throw in bunches of netted bait and forage species periodically
