Saw a certain fish at LFS “False Dorado Catfish” ... curious

Hello everyone. I was in my LFS the other day and saw a silver catfish (3 in), very active, swimming around in a tank labeled a False Dorado Catfish. I was wondering just some basic info about it like max size, tank size, and care. I checked online, but it didn’t come up with much. I’ve heard of a Dorado Cat, but never a “FALSE” Dorado... just curious. Thank you!
 
Also: I know regular dorados get 6 feet in length and need a MASSIVE aquarium. My main curiosity was if this is different or my LFS just doesn’t know what they are talking about AND if it is different, those things I listed ex: tank size...

Yeah, if you post a pic, I'm sure someone will figure out what it is exactly. Whatever they label it as doesn't mean that much as I've heard of stores mislabeling stuff.
 
Nevermind about that sun catfish... I found out they get around 20 inches.... so sadly they sold that false Dorado after having it for 2 weeks.... welp, guess I’ll have to wait a while to see if they get anything else interesting.
In other news: they had the smallest baby fahaka puffer I have ever seen in my life, under 5 CENTIMETERS!! At first I thought it was a pea puffer that they put in the wrong tank and labeled fahaka.
