I have my bamboo in the water for 5 months now and they are ok,the only fish I see interested on it is my plecos.Hope it would be ok for awhile,it helps in controlling ammonia.

I didn't use it in a tank. Growing like crazy tho from all that yummy fish water.

Glad to hear that . When it grows so big that it can’t support its own weight I’d get something to tie it to like a piece of wood so it can keep growing without having to worry about collapsing under it’s own weight.
