I use triangle rods as my acrylic provider creates them using cell cast acrylic which is not very common. Make sure either rod you get is cell cast. I know people have used extruded rods for this type of repair but I do not recommend. If you can’t find any cell cast rods, go with the tip and pour #40 method.
Yeah, i tried some online retailers no one carries them unless we make a big order.

I will go with weld-on #4 for the seams and weld-on #40 for bracing, i found an online store carry the #40 in gallon as i don't think one pint will not be enough for this application.

Can you please check if your supplier would ship them to US, if that's possible job would be easier than using just #40.

They don’t do international shipping unfortunately. Try EMCOPLASTICS. They are a US based company.

Checked with them, they don't make it either, i guess #40 is the only option, looking at more threads for other options.
