Hats off to him, I applaud his bravery. You wouldn’t catch me going in after him unless I had a machete or a gun.

Number one cause of snake related death: trying to kill it.

Honestly cobras are easier to grab than vipers, they have big blind spots and are slow strikers

Found this little guy while I was raking leaves earlier today.

It's no king cobra but it sure was a spunky little guy.It had its mouth open and kept darting it's head forward as if it was trying to strike me.

They also have the nasty little habit of pooping on your hands as an escape tactic.This one didn't fortunately.

One of my earliest memories was getting a ride home from Kindergarten(early 70's; maybe 70-71) and found a snake on the front steps(bigger then this one). He was harmless though.
