Here’s a quick update on fin growth. His left fin was moving, that’s why it looks like that. No damage to that one.

I’m thinking about getting a baby lap to go with this little guy. If anyone local knows of any LFS that has laps, please let me know! I saw some online but shipping isn’t cheap and I really want to pick a good pattern in person on this one.

Just be patient with MFK buy and sell, and in no time, you won't be looking for a baby lap. There are so many people selling bichirs, WC bichirs, in SoCal.

yeah, just have to be patient until I find someone with a small one. The ones I’ve seen are pretty big already.

No it never did, i had it since it was 6” and now its about 15”.

Would it not work to put it with the big ornate if it’s too big? Or you want to watch it from small?

Wow that’s got some amazing contrast in the color. That red sand is really doing what it’s supposed to!
