So do you think there is a big difference between phones and ipads. I mean besides the obvious technical differences ?

Im asking because both my kids have had ipads since they were young. You know how it goes, starts out with all the educational stuff then comes the youtube addiction lol my son is good with it but my 6 yr old was out of control we took her tablet away 6 months ago amd only recently gave it back to her. So far soo good but my lord youtube is like crack
Oh my gosh, I want YouTube to disappear. Lol
It all started with just a few how-to videos on how to do things in Minecraft and now they will just watch videos of other people playing. It makes no sense. I finally lost it today and told them no more or I’m taking their switches away.

The biggest difference really is just the calling and texting. Everything else is basically the same between phones and tablets now.
But the freedom to call and text family quickly become a learning lesson for us all. I had to explain texting etiquette, appropriate calling times, ect. It’s had its own challenges, but now that the newness is wearing off things are getting easier/better.

My daughter is a youtube freak....I agree with some of the weird stuff she watches...I don't see the point.

Wife gets home from work and makes a beeline to the bathroom. She notices a mouse trapped in the bathtub, wakes me from my nap and has the nerve to ask me if I put it in there.

My House!
So between my house and the local IGA (corner store) is a paddock type thing with a path running through it leading from one street to the street the shop is on.

For the last few weeks there's been a little tricycle thing in the paddock, and every time me or one of my housemates walk through the paddock the trike has moved.

We've gotten into the habit of taking photos of it when we go past and keeping track of it's movement. Honestly I'm waiting for someone to put it in a tree or somewhere similarly stupid... :shakehead

Heres a few of the pics we've taken:

How would a child's trike be scary at any time of day or night? Lol

Haha I'm not touching it, I don't know where it came from or who's touched it since lol
A pink bicycle hanging from a tree at night in an open field would remind me of a freddie Kruger type of movie lol
