Ughh. I want to head butt a wall repeatedly until my skull is exposed!

I've been so stressed the last few days because of this bodgey real estate agent. And now I'm awake at 1:40am when I should be in bed because I have to be up early tomorrow to see a lawyer at 8:30am but I've been so stressed that I can't sleep and haven't slept properly in like a week... And I don't even have kids!

I need some kind of knock out pill, or even better an anti-stress pill lol
Sorry to hear, Tylenol usually makes you sleepy enough to fall asleep but if you wake up again, something else is going on. Disclaimer: it normally takes 1 to 2 hours to kick in.

I'm not sure if I can buy that here..

My mate offered me one of his sleeping pills (can't remembered the name of it) but I'm not brave enough to take pills that aren't prescribed to me so I turned him down.

I've got a doctors appointment tomorrow arvo (well, technically today) so I'm gonna ask my doctor about it and see if she can give me something to help me sleep because its getting a little ridiculous.

I feel for people with kids right now, people aren't designed to get 5 hours sleep a week lol

Can you get zquill? I use that if I haven’t gotten sleep in days/weeks or if my overall sleep pattern needs resetting. It just gently makes you sleepy and helps you stay asleep but won’t make you wake up groggy.

I’ve had two kids, plus our puppy we got 3yrs ago. Those were some tough times. Lol I agree we are not ment to live off so little sleep.
I need 8-9hrs to be at my best. Lol

I got a call just now and they asked me to verify my SSN. I asked who they were, they said they would tell me after I gave my SSN. I told them, I guess we are at a standstill and hung up.
I can’t believe there are people who give that info out over the phone.
I had a call about insurance a couple weeks ago. Saying they saw I was looking for a new plan and asking for my information so they could help me pick one out. Nice try. I already have insurance. Scammers.

Yea, if it's my bank or Doctor they always tell me who they are first.

All zquil is is overpriced diphenydramine, the active ingredient in benadryl. It most certainly will make you groggy if overused.

My wife doesn't understand this. She only gets about 5 a day...I get about 8 and she thinks I sleep all day.
I’m not sure how she can function. I got 9hrs of sleep last night, had my coffee and I’m still yawning and in a bad mood. Lol

Start taking Melatonin. It's a natural supplement that your body normally produces itself but taking about 10-15mg each night will help you to get into a better sleep cycle. I've had trouble sleeping my entire life, I'm the king of insomnia lol. I use to take Tylenol PM, Zquill, sleeping pills with diphenydramine, pretty much everything they made I tried. Nothing worked better for me than getting on a routine of taking 15mg of Melatonin.
