Hello; I know I am old school about a number of things but I always drop my drawers for such an activity. Interesting to say the least.
Yeah......is that some fancy shmancy flush handle?

Will do. Thank you. :)
I've never taken it, but in the years my grandmother's been taking Melatonin, she's gone from one pill to five. Just sayin'.

She may be taking more because she might think she needs too since she's taking it so long, but truth is that taking more than 15mg of Melatonin won't make it have anymore effect on her sleeping.OTC meds can have a tolerance built up against them, but the natural hormone Melatonin is not one that falls into that category.

Melatonin is naturally produced in your body in the pineal gland, taking up to 15mg (most people take 5-15mg pills) does help to get your sleep cycle in a better rhythm, but there is a point where taking more doesn't do anything. 15mg is pretty much that cut off point. Taking more than that won't hurt you, but it also won't help you sleep any better either.

Oh that's right. You need to gain weight. Are you familiar with mashed potatoes? Puts me right out, gain lots of weight. :grinyes:
Hello; Since I have been in my "fat" pants for some time this winter here are my suggestions.
Peanut butter, Reeses peanut butter cups, chocolate chip cookies, ice cream, pound cake, snickers bars, Philidephia cream cheese. These have done the trick for me.
Thanks guys but the problem is a little deeper than that.

Long story short I wasn't fed properly between the ages of 9-17 so my body doesn't know how to store or process nutrients property. Essentially, I'm very malnourished.
I need a good steady stream (3 meals + snacks) of nutritional food before I start gaining weight.

If those three meals were a take away pizza, deep fried chicken and a big Mac I wouldn't gain weight and instead would likely have a heart attack lol

Has to be meat and veg twice a day for dinner and lunch (usually cereal or toast for breaky) and snacks like fruit, nuts, etc. Can't be fatty or sugary foods because they have the opposite affect to what I'm trying to achieve. :(

I was almost 50kgs and because of being homeless for a few months last year it all fell back off.

Hello; The theory is we humans spent millions of years squatting in the woods. So sitting on a regular toilet raises our affected part and get s the "natural" angles wrong.
Having squatted in the woods myself and also used a regular toilet from time to time I can see the point but can not for sure attest to the accuracy.
My uncle has IBS and keeps a step ladder in his toilet because he says it helps when he's constipated. I've never tried it myself but he swears by it haha

I've never taken it, but in the years my grandmother's been taking Melatonin, she's gone from one pill to five. Just sayin'.
I don't want to take sleep aids forever, it would just be nice if for weeks/months like the last few have been I could sleep for a full night or two.

Since this time last year my life has gone to hell and back, and the last few weeks I haven't slept for any more than about 4 hours in a night and my body is slowly giving up because of it lol

Edit: Doctor prescribed me mirtazapine to help me sleep. Apparently its an antidepressant but has a sedative affect so that's what its prescribed for, and unlike many other drugs it won't mess with my current medication. It will make me feel groggy when I wake up for the first few days but after that I should be good apparently. Unfortunately I have to take it every night for now but if it helps I'll do it, I'm desperate for unbroken sleep lol

All good, don't feel bad. I could use some "not serious" time right now.

Spent half of the day talking to a lawyer, the other half in centrelink (welfare office) and finished off at the doctors.

Need to unwind so I'm listening to this with one of my housemates trying to chill

Also... Please tell me the stuffed animal thing was a joke and you know what pickachu is?!? :nilly:
