He seriously is though. I never realized just how friggin muscular Ryan Bader's upper body actually is. When they were showing him pre-fight I was like, damn his biceps/arms are huge. He's a bad ass dude man.
Did you see the fight right before that? I can;t remember the two guys names, but where the one dude got rocked, then 10 seconds later he knocked the other dude out cold. Thats was pretty damn cool lol

Yep saw that one too.The guy who won is buddies with Benson Henderson who was pretty impressive a few years ago in his own right.

Nevermind I found it. It's ESPN. I was looking at FS1 since that's usually what airs it here.
