Deformity?

Hey guys so I picked up this thai silk from a LFS quite a while back. Was pretty sure it was a Male and still is but his private area is concerning me. I plan to breed him but I'm scared he won't be able. I have other flower horn and their private area look nothing like it. From the side it looks as if he has a dent upward in that area.

Dont think it’ll affect the fh. Place with a female and see what happens.

? It looks like this fh has no sex organs. Even if it can breed you probably dont want fry with this condition.

Yea that's what I was concerned about and usually other flowerhorn I've been able to see their sex organ

Well I don’t think it takes away from his appearance. Best not to breed this one chief. Keep him solo.

Thanks! but why does his private area look different than other Male flowerhorn like I don't see a female or Male organ part that usually there

Is this the only visable deformity or is there something else in the face, mouth, or spine? Its a strange looking situation down there. Would be interesting to see if it displays anything if a female is present.

Everything else looks fine but I'm going to try to put him with my female thai slik she started laying about 2 months ago so around the 20th she should lay again so I'm going to try to pair them together and see what happens.
