Wow... I would have asked a staff member what it meant.
I'm so confused right now trying to work out what that sign could possibly be for - nothing PG comes to mind lol
If you are ever in Cambria California, on the Central Coast, you might take a chance to visit Nitt Witt Ridge. This was all vandalized many years ago but it is now a historical monument with a part-time caretaker who runs on donations.
This dystopian Fairy Tail creation was the home of the towns original garbage man, Captain Nitt Witt, and it is mostly made from rock, concrete, and seashells embedded in concrete.
There are also lots of other things embedded in concrete like sinks and bathtubs and beer cans which are part of a partially Subterranean irrigation scheme.
There are so many beer cans buried on the property it has its own underground reservoir and when all the other vegetation in the neighborhood dies it is still green.
I mention this because the guy was Notorious for annoying the neighbors by having a toilet on the roof of his house. He also built this his & hers bathroom, directly overlooking the street, which climbs the mountain past his home.
