i am not a fan of fishless cycle, hate looking at empty tank lol, my last new tank 90gal, i took one of the canisters from my 75, added Night Out II bottle bacteria for extra support, and had fish right away.

You could add fish now, just add few of them and keep an eye on tests.

I added a catfish with old filter have 5 silver dollars that are small i think im gonna add.

Go out and pick up tetra safe start plus. It works. You'll be cycled in not time. Im sure other bb in a bottle work just as well btw.

Tanks up and running I wanted to know have had a hob used to speed up cycle for about 2 weeks is it safe to change filter pads theres only 5 sds in the tank.

I would not touch the media for quite a while after the initial cycle. It takes longer for the tank to actually mature and be stable and changing the media would be a negative at this stage.

Ok Ill let it run for another 2-4 weeks before i change pads fish are doing great eating and schooling very nice.

Heres an update added red severum I had everything looking good tank had 0 ammonia and Nitrites. Also brown algae starting to form and only leave light on for 8-10 hours any suggestions?

Algae is going to be a product of nitrates and light. What is the nitrate level? If it’s high, do a water change. You could also shorten the time the light is on.
