It's interesting how the trashy people tend to congregate at Walmart and not so much at Target.

I've never seen any congregation, but certainly onesies and twosies on occasion.
Our Walmart may be a bit more civilized than some.

They seem to be more frequently seen at Walmart as opposed to Target is what I meant.

I guess it depends on the area. Here (Royal Oak) our Walmart is Troy, never seen anything bad there. Target just a few miles away, seems dead, never many people shop there.

I'll admit that I have never seen any characters or out of the ordinary looking people at the Walmart that is near me....not that I go there very often as it is always crowded which I'd rather not have to put up with.

We have a Walmart and a Fred Miers in half block of each and both are always busy, and strange folks I see is me when i walk past a mirror.
