Severe stingray open wound & healing process (graphic pictures)

I don’t have any before pics but here is a present one. You can see on the left side it is all scar tissue all the way up onto the back.

Here are some pictures from this evening. You can see the divet between her eyes is almost completely gone which is good news for people that tend to throw the rhetoric that one with a gap or divet between their eyes is destined to die soon - and her hips are no longer showing. I think I'm out of the risk/danger zone at this point, she is acting just like any of my other rays(not that she wasn't before), is still eating tons and is trying to escape her laundry basket jail constantly. Will probably continue updates a few days apart until the "seam" of her wound is gone and then maybe an update down the road.

They're great for any tanks over 360g or so with a eurobrace; you can just shove a thin wooden dowel through on two ends and "hang" it from the braces.

2 month later update!
She's putting weight back on again, the pattern is still very distinguished and psychedelic, she seems happy and healthy despite being a little thin still. Thanks for comin' on this trip with me, guys! Hope you all had a happy Canada day/4th of July weekend!

Personally, I wouldn't choose stingrays. My wife would just freak.
