Well the way it works with RTC is, " it doesn't work".

Especially with large growing cats you just can't trust em with other fish of the same size. They're just gonna eat em up.

I've seen it happen in a 35000 gallon and it was 7-8ft of water, lol
I have seen it happen in my pond, the catfish was a 30"+ hemibagrus wyckioides.

The top level dwellers were 6" red Hook silver dollars

I expect in that 40 gal tank, the cat will be the only resident sooner than later.
Not even the fastest fish will escape it in that nano space.
Are you sure your not just punk-ing us?

Nah, the LFS had 5 bass, an RTC and a mbu in a 40 or 50 long.

I thought I’d be good in a 75 for 3-6 months at least with 3 bass, RTC , and arrow all under 5”

And then there were two....

I suppose it’s better than outright dying.....

RTC live by itself.....

Shoulda read before, LFS dudes like ya, they are good for a year.... nope, got my $540 RTC raised on pellets, Arrowana, Bichir, and P bass
