It's been a while (been busy) but things are still all good!!

I was able to snap a few shots of the two big boys, midas and bifa. The Midas is as long as the SDs and Bifa is not far behind. The Bifa is a beautiful fish; I've had lots of nice fish and I feel this one will be the nicest fish I've had once he gets to about 8-10".

Now that I've finally leveled my tank and blacked out back side with tint film, I'm ready to journal scaping and stocking development.

Currently bare bottom with couple manzanita driftwoods and inhabitants include 4 silver dollars, melanura and bifa:

Plan is natural scape. Here's my inspirational image:

And fill it with more vieja species, likely all males.
Why is that fan giving me a mean look? Your tank looks great

I figured out that it's the size of the image. Keeping them under about 3 MB seems to fix the issue. I'm not sure of the exact number. My DSLR creates JPG images that are 17MB (fine), 8MB (normal), or 4MB (basic). Try the "basic" or similar setting on your camera, and/or crop your images. Also, don't save crops as PNG, those are much bigger than JPG.
