I would definitely ask for dimensions as like he said above it looks a bit small. I can see it being a 150. We have a tank calculator on the site if you didn't know, it is in the following link.I may be a skeptic or the picture might just be fooling me, but that tank doesnt appear to be 400 gallons, more like 150-200. Looks like a 48"x24"x30" 150 gallon imo.

For lobsters, restaurants usually use chillers, just don't hook that up or plug it in for your tropicals.
