I am interested in getting a pike for my 125gal but I don't really know too much about them and wasn't sure if my tank is even big enough. I have owned a Crenicichla compressiceps in my 60gal when I was in high school but have zero experience otherwise. I currently have a few other South America cichlids, an African knife, and a sleeper goby. From what I've seen in my friend's tanks, most pikes get pretty big. Am I limited to dwarf pikes with my setup? Cichlids are one of those things that have such a huge amount of information online it cam be kind of overwhelming. I'm looking for one that can is colorful but not exorbitantly priced. Any suggestions are welcome.

You can look at dwarf pikes and any of the saxatalis pikes. Svenis are pretty much available and not a bad starter.
