L200 is a green phantom pleco? No?

This looks like a blue eyed lemon with short fins

Yes it’s definitely a green phantom but it’s xanthic so it looks gold colored. Kind of like those L056y Xantos Chubby Plecos.

Here’s a pic of one when it was in the bag before acclimation...you can see the spots L200 usually have if you zoom in.

Oh and if you find a bristlenose this yellow, let me know.

How much did you pay for it?

I honestly think you got got....I cannot find anything about xanthic green phantoms (that doesn’t mean they don’t exist, but they sure would be rare and expensive)

The spots you are referring to are also found on specific lines of BN plecos as well.

There are a lot of lemon blue eyes that are that yellow.

Lol I hope I didn’t get scammed. They definitely weren’t cheap. They’re not albino as you can see from the black eyes.

Also, here’s a better pic where you can see the tail profile...its clearly different from the spade shaped tails of bristlenose andis identical to green phantoms.

They keep hiding under driftwood but I’ll try to get better pics

I hope you didn’t get duped!! In no way was I trying to be disrespectful or an ass.

The tail fin is very convincing, your correct in the fact it doesn’t look like a BN tail. I’m not 50% convinced haha...and would love to see more pics of them and some info linked up as I couldn’t find anything about them.

As jexnell said it is a nice fish!!

I can see past the yellow and see the green phantom in him, I could be wrong but I don’t think I am.

Any plans to try to establish this as a line? This would be an interesting project.
