Flowerhorn pricing and breed?

Depends on your kamfa, it will be next generation kamfa. Hard to find fertile male kamfas though.

I thought importing flowerhorns was illegal there. OF is alright food. Flowerhorn likes to stand behind something, if you put a heater that's off or a vertical decoration then your fish will hide behind that. 29 is on higher end.

Hump is primarily Genetic. It's solely based on hormones (creation depends on genes), moat effective methods are the ones that cause breeding. It can be stressful though.

Darn, all good. Theres a baby kamfa selling with red eyes that I've found. If he's able to breed (I hope) with the SRD ZZ female i've got, will the next generation become Kamfa x zz?

Oh wait, I think importation is illegal. I'm qutie sure it is, importation from country to country. I'm going to research more into it though. I don't want to be doign things I shouldn't. Real reason I wanted to breed was because this was the first time I've ever owned fish, and a flowerhorn. This little guy caught my attention and my dad wanted to breed him so that it's like we had a clone of him. Pretty silly! I know, haha. Death is an essential part of living though, so if we aren't eligible to breed him, then we won't.

If you breed 1st gen / F1 / classic kamfa with zz you get F2. Then F2 x zz gives F3. After that you loose kamfa traits if you mix more zz. You can breed with vieja to get shape back but better to start from scratch fertility chance wise.

You can breed locally and keep or sell as well. I think only import from another country is banned. Get a vieja and breed him with that, you will get a nice classic kamfa.

Oooh, sounds good. I don't want to become a proper breeder though, maybe just make some extra money to pay off the debt from my fish tanks, and then keep a few of the good healthy frys. I really, really want a kamfa though. They look amazing. How often can I breed the pair? Female lays eggs every 20-30 days, don't know how often she can have fry.
