There are 2 locations for petzone. One that is great, and one that is sub-par.

The good one has an elderly vietnamese lady. She barely speaks english, and takes good care of her fish. The other one is manned by a few teenage-young adults, and has one elderly folk there. The reason why I say the vietnamese lady is good is because her fish are very well cared for, nobody goes to that fish store so there are always cool fish, and as I got there, she was doing a massive water change, so she actually does water changes. The other one also has a great selectiobn, but I am not sure the employees know a lot.

It is probably a typo. Probably meant 10.5 inches.
Lol not really much of a dwarf then considering that FH's can end up anywhere between 8-14in while a texas can get to 10-16in. If anything I have a dwarf FH considering that my nearly 3 year old female is still only at the 5-5½in mark.

Pet Kingdom is still here, and I am fairly sure wet pets is an online only store.
I think you’re thinking of wet spot in Oregon, they’re online and in store shopping by appointment I believe. Nice that pet kingdom is still around, too bad on the others, they were absolutely awesome

It says full grown size
Just because they say something that doesn't automatically make it the truth. Some person either lied to make more $$$ or someone got their info wrong. Either way it's impossible to get a fish that normally reaches 1ft to only stay 1-1½in, even if it's got dwarfism. Dwarfism will only make something roughly ⅓-⅔s the size of a regular individual without dwarfism, it won't however make them ⅒th the size.

+1
A 1.5” Flowerhorn would be cool, but a fish created from trimacs, BP, Red Devils etc... seems impossible to only get 1.5”
