Take a better photo amigo, impossible to tell from your photos. If you feel this may be a case of Hexamita aka spironucleus, and your fish is still eating, I would highly recommend feeding NLS Hex-Shield, exclusively, twice a day for 3-5 days.

I’ve issue. I can’t find NLS hex shield for sale online. Only one I can find are for small fish which are too small for him.

Big fish can eat small food fine, it’s the other way around where there is a problem.

I suppose you're right, but we still don't have a confirmed diagnosis so it's still probably worth a shot. Too bad NLS is discontinued though :(

I suppose you're right, but we still don't have a confirmed diagnosis so it's still probably worth a shot.

I tend to go with more common pathogens first, and in FH it would be spironucleus aka hexamita. Unless the FH was imported from Asia, in which case I would start with a de-wormer, such as Levamisole. I also posted that treatment info in the link/sticky below.
