Good point, and yes sorry about sticking the oh value in there it was supposed to be GH(measured weekly). The gh is usually between 0-75 and KH ~ 0 as well :(
Well, the simplest thing to try is to slowly raise the GH and PH to see if that changes the mood of the fish. Get the KH to at least 4 German degrees. Baking soda can get you there. It may take a few weeks for an adjustment period in the fish's behavior.

First round of summer tubbing went okay. All shrimp survived but all of them were male so no breeding. 6 or 8 of the white clouds survived and at first I thought they did not breed but it turns out their fry are absolutely microscopic and I did not notice them until it was too late (right as I finished syphoning all of them into my backyard). But all of this is just good experience to learn from.

Lúlli (my wolf) is now solo in a 200 liter tank and doing really good. He shared the tank with a blood parrot for a while but the parrot whas nipping a bit too much so I rehomed him. Lúlli is loving life, lurking in the vegitation and eating earthworms or convict fry every day. His tank is sitting on my first ever DIY stand/rack btw (very proud). Here are some pics:
