1 oscar would be pushing it. You could do the acara with other fish tho

I agree that a single Oscar alone outgrows a 75 gallon.
I wouldn’t put much bigger than a green terror or Jack Dempsey in that size tank.

And yes, agree with what already being said, 75 is pushing it for a single Oscar. The thing with Oscars is that its not only they grow large in length but also in girth.
