Violence against women is plain and simply wrong. I'd also go as far to say that even if a woman slaps a guy first, as in the video, then that doesn't give a guy the licence to then unleash his superior brute force. Restrain yes, by all means, until the woman calms down some.Gee I wonder why, seems like some people still live by an eye for an eye, or smack (or two) for a smack. Personally I don’t find this narrative funny, or entertaining. Two wrongs seldom make things right. Defending one self against serious violence is one thing, this situation certainly did not call for a counter attack.
However, and this is where I entered the conversation in post 29995, after John's savage broken nose attack, if a woman comes at you with such force that she causes injury, then, as I mentioned, she can no longer hide behind her, "oh, I'm only a little helpless woman", crap.
John showed more restraint in that encounter than I ever could. I guarantee you if that loonatic of a banshee had broken my nose, she would have been sat in the cubicle opposite me in the infirmary nursing a sore head of her own.
