I'm not sure of how new the story is but it showed up on my Instagram feed the other day.I wouldn't put it past them to rehash old articles.K krichardson . Is this a new story? I did a bit of digging regarding a non payout on slots to the tune of $43M for an American woman, and I got a story which matches yours exactly, steak dinner and all, but it was from August 2016!!! That's when the woman had the win.
Apparently it's quite common for slots to award huge wins but actual payments to winners are virtually zero. When these cases are taken to court the state gaming regulators always side with the casino regarding the "malfunction" issue.
The moral of the story I suppose is to stay away from slots, but even better, stay away from gambling completely.
Our casino down here in melbourne is always in trouble for letting people launder money.I don't trust casinos. Maybe it was just the way I was raised, but I've always disliked them.
I saw a video of a couple blokes round where I live prove how easy it would be for a crook to launder money a couple days ago.
The gambling kingpins have a lot of money. They could easily win a lawsuit.
What’s really sad is that in more poorer suburbs round here, there is more casinos with larger amounts of pokies. And these places are dodgy as.Our casino down here in melbourne is always in trouble for letting people launder money.
They have officially been told they "arent a fit and proper organisation to hold a gamabling licence" Its the same greoup which runs sydneys new casino and caused a big delay in their opening. Still they are operating and sucking cash from the suckers pockets everyday, they have strange laws like you are allowed to smoke in certain gambling rooms and they are open on strict public holidays like good friday too. Its a weird bubble of its own.
Funnily enough when it first opened i had no idea what i was doing and put a bet on the roulette whell and won $360 off of $5. I was a first year apprentice and it was 2 weeks pay. Instantly an employee gave me a free drink and offered to take me to a more "exclusive members" area, obviously trying to get their money back and more. I slammed down the drink and went to a punk club instead and spent up big!
I look forward to following your fish house thread Brian!I may be buying my first house very soon so I may be getting back in the hobby full swing a lot sooner than I thought

In a month I start my honours degree. Time has flown.
Who needs a bed? I can just put a sheet of plywood on top of a tank at night and sleep on it. On a serious note I did get rid of my bed a few years back because it took up to much space and replaced it with a couch. The couch is just big enough for me to fit my 5’5” self on lol.I look forward to following your fish house thread Brian!
Just remember, furniture is overrated, especially when you've umpty million tanks to cram in, lol.
God I can’t believe you’re about to start your honors degree, time really does go by quick Hendre. Tomorrow I look forward to reading an article published by a 40 y/o mr Hendre about a new species of extinct bichir.Nice! Good luck
