In the order of my 3 pics above:
1. Silver
2. Albino
3. Black

Referring to the pics in post #25.

Quick update: I can confirm that the Albino is not holding anything since she tried to bite the Silver ?. On the other hand, the Black is definitely holding something in his mouth since we can see him push his tounge occasionally to cycle something in his mouth. Wife concurred the same observation (like he's blowing up the bottom part of his mouth). So I guess we just have to sit tight and monitor the Black for the next few weeks. Hopefully he won't swallow whatever he's holding ?.

The lighting subtleties can be result in very different appearances, so I wasn't paying enough attention, I guess. Sorry. Best to label your pics.

If the black gathered unfertilized eggs by accident (hard to imagine but who knows for sure), they will spoil soon and will be spat out. I don't place any value into my interpretation of arowana mouth movements as I've recently just suffered a huge case of wishful aro baby thinking:

thebiggerthebetter thebiggerthebetter No, it was my bad. I should have labeled my pics but by the time I realized that the edit button went away.

Yeah, I'm keeping my hope low for now. Regardless, it was an exciting experience.
