Monster cray

Just looking through old photos and found this "monster"

Thats a A4 sheet of paper for comparison.
Wild caught from Somerset Dam Sout East Queensland (Introduced population).
I caught a bigger one but had stubby claws for some reason so went into the pot.

I have to admit I'm a bit of a cray geek, I've been catching them since a kid.
Here's some more crays I'd like to share, all pics are mine.
Cherax destructor - yabby, wild caught (close up and flash makes it look bigger and bluer than it is)

The Strong Crayfish Euastacus valentulus

Cherax quadricarinatus - redclaw "Aussie Opal" (former breeding group)

Cherax albidus "blue pearl" (currently breeding these guys)

I really like blue crawfish, I did end up getting one from Amazon and it unfortunately died from shedding stress after a week
